PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy the recent demand for more healthy and safer cosmetics, considering the newly surfacing facts nowadays such as mad cow disease or avian influenza though conventional cosmetics have been manufactured by extraction from substances in shapes of animals, fragrances or plants followed by drying, centrifugation, distillation or the like. SOLUTION: The human body is composed of microorganisms in itself. Safe and healthy cosmetics are stably manufactured by fermentation coexistently created by microorganisms, making use of characteristics that substances created by microorganism are rapidly absorbed. The manufacturing method of the cosmetics are featured in that the cosmetics are made from fatty acid esters called the flower of shochu (Japanese distilled spirit) formed in the purification step of shochu, yeast extracts in unrefined shochu, fermentation citric acid and fermentation lactic acid made by Aspergillus oryzae, and essential amino acids and that the cosmetics are therefore strong against bacteria and friendly to human beings and the environment owing to actions of saccharified enzymes and liquefied enzymes by fermentation and to antibacterial actions of alcohols.
