PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing floor decoration materials is provided to recycle the floor materials by separating an adhesive effectively, and to prevent environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing floor decoration material comprises a tension roller unit(5), a fixing roller(10), a rotary scrapper(18), a pulley, an upper and lower guide blade, and an inclined path. The tension roller unit is installed at a constant interval. The tension roller unit and the fixing roller are connected with a drive pulley and a belt. The rotary scrapper is installed at the bottom of the tension roller unit. The upper and lower guide blade is equipped between each roller.
