A pump device for delivering slurries with a pump comprises a pump assembly, and the pump assembly comprises a pump shell, a pump impeller and a switch reluctance motor, wherein the pump shell is provided with two opposite sides, namely an inlet at one side of the pump shell and a discharge outlet positioned on the peripheral part of the pump shell; the pump impeller is arranged in the pump shell to rotate; and the switch reluctance motor comprises a motor shell as well as a stator and a rotor which are arranged in the motor shell. The pump device also comprises a driving shaft directly connected to the rotor and the impeller, wherein the driving shaft is arranged to extend and pass through the other corresponding side of the pump shell. |
