PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accompanying and playing device capable of scoring by parts, for a musical piece constituted of a plurality of parts. SOLUTION: The accompanying and playing device for playing a music piece, based on a supplied sound control data, in which the sound control data includes the sound control data part information for indicating which part is played, performs a discrimination processing for discriminating which part is played, based on the part information; and scoring processing for calculating a musical score regarding the voice data in which voices from among a plurality of microphones are combined, for each discriminated part.
