The wood facade, at the exterior of a building, has at least one horizontal profile (1,1a) fastened to the wall (5) directly or indirectly. A vertical section (2) is under the horizontal profile, fitting into a longitudinal groove (3). The facade structure is supported by a reversible mounting (4) on feet (6). The profiles have an angle to shed rain water.
