PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection water supply tube unit excellent in easiness of maintenance and inspection such that it can be assembled by connecting, with good workability, the tube end of a tubular body and the tube end of a water supply and distribution tube system just below the tubular body with a water supply port, the position and the orientation of the installation of the water supply port after the assembly can be easily and surely changed, and the repair of the failed unit and the replacement of the inner parts can be easily performed, compacted, and reduced in construction cost and installation cost. SOLUTION: The tubular body 1 installed outside a building comprises the water supply port 2 having a water supply port part 3 to which the hose of a fire pump truck is detachably connected for supplying water (w) for fire-fighting to the fire fighting equipment of the building through the water supply tube system K. The tube end 1a of the tubular body 1 and the tube end 6a of the water supply and distribution tube 6 are connected to a water supply passage just below the water supply port 2 by a securing means 9 through a connection water supply short tube 8 in which a check-stop valve 7 is detachably installed.
