PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component adhesive agent or sealant containing a reactive polyurethane having less content of a monomeric diisocyanate. SOLUTION: The one-component adhesive agent or sealant contains a free isocyanate group-containing reactive polyurethane (the content of the monomeric unsymmetrical diisocyanate in the reactive polyurethane being 0.01 to 0.3 wt.%) obtained by reacting diphenylmethane-2,4'-diisocyanate(2,4'-MDI) containing less than 5% of 4,4'-MDI and 2,2'-MDI(the content of 2,2'-MDI being less than 0.4%) with at least one diol having a molecular weight of 60 g/mol to 2,000 g/mol at a ratio of the isocyanate group to the hydroxyl group adjusted to 1.05:1 to 2.0:1 if desired in the presence of an organic metal compound catalyst.
