PURPOSE: A carrier clamp assembly for a vehicle is provided to remove the necessity of installing a glass damper and reduce the manufacturing cost by making the stable damping, corresponding to the window glass operation possible. CONSTITUTION: A carrier clamp assembly(1) comprises a carrier plate(100), first and second clamps(200,300) and a clamp rubber(400). The carrier plate is installed in a window glass and a door module board included in a vehicle. The first and second clamps connect and install the carrier plate. The clamp rubber is installed between the first and second clamps. The carrier plate is projected toward the first clamp to the outside. The carrier plate supports the clamp rubber. The carrier plate forms a supporting part for performing a damping function. The supporting part of the carrier plate comprises the first support piece(112) and the second support piece(114). The first support piece is separated in the cross direction of the carrier plate. The second support piece is formed in a lower side of the first support piece. The second support piece is extended and formed on the lengthwise of the carrier plate.
