<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door for a vehicle restraining deformation of a door rim by external force without lowering strength and rigidity of a door panel. <P>SOLUTION: A weather strip 8 has a first holding wall 85 formed on the indoor side and a second holding wall 86 formed on the outdoor side, and these first and second holding walls 85, 86 hold side surface of a connecting flange 23 and a side surface of an upper end part 72 of a stiffener 7. The first holding wall 85 has cutouts 87 formed with a specified interval on its lower part. Additionally, dimensions in the vertical direction of an elastic contact portion against the inner panel 2 of the second holding wall 86 are set larger than dimensions L1 in the vertical direction of an elastic contact portion against the stiffener 7 of the first holding wall 85. A head end 65c of a lateral contact piece 65 of the door trim 6 makes contact with the connecting flange 23 of the inner panel 2 at a position of the cutout 87 of the weather strip 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
