A coupling structure of a vehicle wheel guard is provided to simply couple coupling parts of two elements without carrying out any fusing or riveting. A coupling element(10a) has an end, of which a top surface is formed with a first coupling piece(20a) having first holding holes(21a) and a first holding protrusion(22a) and a bottom surface is formed with second coupling pieces(20b) having second holding protrusions(22b). The other coupling element(10b) has an end formed with third holding protrusions(22c) and a second holding hole(21b) respectively coupled with the first holding hole and the first holding protrusion, and fourth holding holes(21c) coupled with the second holding protrusions.
