An organic electroluminescent device and a display device are provided to realize the low voltage operation of an organic electro luminescence device and to improve luminescence lifetime and luminous efficiency by using an amine compound as a charge-transporting material. An organic electroluminescent device comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a light-emitting layer installed between the positive electrode and a negative electrode. The organic layer comprises an amine compound of the chemical formula (1). In the chemical formula (1), Ar1~Ar4 shows independently C6-20 carbon ring aromatic group or C3-20 carbon ring aromatic group; R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen atom, halogen atom, hydroxyl group, C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted carbonyl group, C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted carbonyl ester group, C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, C2-20 substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, cyano group, nitro group, C6-20 carbon cyclic aromatic group or C3-20 hetero cyclic aromatic group; and n is an integer of 1, 2 or 3.
