A method for culturing laver of a hydrochloric acid-free type is provided to use facilities easily and improve a yield rate of the laver by exposing a laver net to sunshine in a desired time slot. An apparatus for culturing laver of a hydrochloric acid-free type includes a tube(20), an air compressor, and a connection hose. The tube is connected with a sub unit(10) supporting a laver support stand. Buoyancy is generated by compressing the air. The air compressor injects the air into the tube. The connection hose connects the tube and the air compressor. A method for culturing the laver of the hydrochloric acid-free type includes a step for connecting the tube generating the buoyancy between the sub unit attached to the laver support stand and a step for raising the laver by generating the buoyancy in tube through the air compressor installed outside.
