<p>A traffic detection system using an integral function and a traffic detection method by calculating an integral value based on a function generated based on a shape of time interval are provided to detect traffic of various forms without the intervention of an administrator. A traffic data receiving unit(210) receives traffic data in network. An integral calculating unit(220) calculates a cubic polynomial function and analyzes the shape of traffic data. The integral calculating unit generates the integrated value of the traffic at constant interval. A traffic determining unit determines traffic based on the calculated integrated value.</p> |
