PURPOSE: A probe block is provided to manufacture a fine pitch by preventing the probe from being short circuit since it is manufactured in a very small. CONSTITUTION: A probe block is composed of a first fin part, a second fin part, a bema part connecting the first and second pin part. A guide is supported by a probe, and includes the first part(PLT1), a second part(PLT2), and a third part(PLT3). The first part is inserted into the first pin part and a plural top holes are formed is the first parts. A second part is inserted into the second pin part and a plurality of bottom holes are formed on the second part. A third parts have a center hole(HC1). |
