摘要 <p>The method comprises firmly bonding a prefabricated rotor disk (1) consisting of nickel or titanium based material with a prefabricated blade (3) consisting of titanium aluminide by laser soldering under using a soldering material that is based on nickel, iron or copper, and regulating the heat of the joined partners over a melting temperature of the soldering material and the quantity of solder melt bath, so that the disk material is melted and is bonded with the similar type of soldering material by alloy formation while the blade material is not melted. The method comprises firmly bonding a prefabricated rotor disk (1) consisting of nickel or titanium based material with a prefabricated blade (3) consisting of titanium aluminide by laser soldering under using a soldering material that is based on nickel, iron or copper, and regulating the heat of the joined partners over a melting temperature of the soldering material and the quantity of solder melt bath, so that the disk material is melted and is bonded with the similar type of soldering material by alloy formation while the blade material is not melted and is bonded with the soldering material by adhesion. The solder melt is produced by a solder powder stream introduced into a laser jet (4), which shields the blade opposite to the laser jet and only the soldering material is heated and melted by the laser jet. The width of the solder joint is variable for adjusting the quantity of solder melt bath. The solder joint is open at the root and is half as wide as depth. The solder melt bath is cooled by a water-cooled solder bath support (8). The ductility of the soldering material is larger than the similar type disk material. The melting temperature of the soldering material is reduced by an additive. The additive reducing the melting point is boron. The blade is soldered with a blade stump (2) formed at the circumference of the disk for avoiding notch stresses.</p>
