PIER USING FRP TUBE FILLED WITH CONCRETE, CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOUNDATION AND THE SAME

PURPOSE: A concrete filled composite cross section pier connection structure of a foundation and the same are provided to effectually resist in buckling. CONSTITUTION: A concrete filled composite cross section pier comprises a composite fiber tube(10) and a reinforcing fiber. The composite fiber tube is made of synthetic fiber including carbon fiber and glass fiber, has a hollow and is filled with a filling material and concrete. The reinforcing fiber is arranged inside the composite fiber tube and made of horizontal reinforcing fiber and axial reinforcing fiber(12). The horizontal reinforcing fiber is arranged in the traverse direction along the circumference of the composite fiber tube. The axial reinforcing fiber is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the composite fiber tube.
