PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce color filters free from coloration irregularity. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a substrate supporting table 34 on which a substrate 5 is placed and an ink jet head which colors the coloring regions 6 on this substrate 5. The areas of the respective non-contact parts existing within the coloring regions 6 among the non-contact parts (adsorption holes or holes for notches 3 or lift pins) where the substrate 5 and the substrate supporting table 5 do not come into contact with each other when the substrate 5 is placed on the substrate supporting table 34 are all confined to <=9 mm2. |
