PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram body of which the focal positions of respective element holograms of a hologram array constituting the hologram body can be sought and further in which disturbance generated in the case light is made incident on the produced hologram body is suppressed to a small extent. SOLUTION: The hologram body 1 is provided with the hologram array 5 composed of the condensing objective element holograms 5a, a thin plate glass 7 arranged on one surface of the hologram array 5 via an adhesive 2 and a substrate glass 4 arranged on the other surface of the hologram array 5. Metal marks 4a are arranged on the hologram array 5 side surface of the substrate glass 4.
