METHOD FOR PREPARING MATERIAL OF HEALTHY FOOD USING SELAGINELLA TAMARISCINA

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a healthy food material using Selaginella tamariscina is provided to improve productivity and consumer preference. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a healthy food material using Selaginella tamariscina comprises the following steps of: removing foreign materials from collected Selaginella tamariscina and washing it with water; steaming the washed Selaginella tamariscina at the temperature of 80~85°C for 10-20 minutes; drying the steamed Selaginella tamariscina at the temperature of 45~50°C for 2-3 hours with hot air; and cutting the dried Selaginella tamariscina.
