摘要 The security element (1) for a security document such as passport, certificate, bank card and/or credit card, comprises a transparent structure layer (1a), and diffracting first and second relief structures that are arranged running parallel to the plane of the structure layer in various levels of the security element and bound partially first opaque reflective layer (11) and second opaque reflective layer, which are area wisely arranged and overlap vertical to the plain of the structure layer. The part areas of first and second contour pass vertical to the plain of the structure layer. The security element (1) for a security document such as passport, certificate, bank card and/or credit card, comprises a transparent structure layer (1a), and diffracting first and second relief structures that are arranged running parallel to the plane of the structure layer in various levels of the security element and bound partially first opaque reflective layer (11) and second opaque reflective layer, which are area wisely arranged and overlap vertical to the plain of the structure layer. The part areas of first and second contour pass vertical to the plain of the structure layer congruent to each other and adjacent to a transparent area of the structure layer. When the first reflective layer is facing an observer, a second piece of information generated by the second relief structure is partly obscured in the area of overlapping and when the second reflecting layer is facing an observer, a first piece of information generated by the first relief structure is partly obscured in the area of the overlapping. The first and the second informations area wisely differ from one another. The observer area wisely covers the first and the second informations and if necessary further informations generated from the first or second reflective layer or the first or the second reflective layer is formed transparent. First and second opaque auxiliary layer area wisely cover the first and the second information and if necessary further informations generated from the first and second relief structure. The first/second information and if necessary further informations are completely covered. The diffractive first and second relief structures are arranged on first and second sides. The first and second side attack at the first and second reflective layers, which are formed vertical to the plain of the structure layer predominantly or completely congruent to each other. The first reflective layer forms a front view of an image motif (100) facing the observer and the second reflective layer forms a back view of the image motif facing the observer. The front view indicates the first information generated from the first relief structure and the back side indicates the second information generated through the second relief structure. The image motif exists from opaque picture element (100a) and transparent picture element (100b) viewed in incident light. The opaque picture element of the front and back view and if necessary the first and second opaque auxiliary layers are formed through the first and second reflective layer. The transparent picture elements are formed through transparent area of the structure layer, optionally in combination with further transparent layer. The image motif is a figured representation, a portrait, an alphanumeric sign, a text, a graphic pattern, a symbol or a logo. The first and/or the second auxiliary layer is formed through a metal layer and/or a printing ink layer, a opaque dyed lacquer layer and/or opaque areas of structure layer. The first and/or the second reflective layer are formed through a metal layer and/or a dielectric layer. The first and the second reflective layers differ in material and/or color. The structure layer has a layer thickness of 0.3-3 mu m. The security element has different transmittable areas, which indicate the further informations, viewable in light shining-through in the area of the reflective layer. Independent claims are included for: (1) security document; and (2) procedure for the production of security element.
