PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device for an internal combustion engine capable of keeping high temperature air unevenly distributed in a cylinder without complicating a device structure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an intake port 11 capable of forming air current f1 in a direction along a wall surface of a cylinder 2 and an intake port 12 capable of forming air current f2 in a direction of a center line of the cylinder 2. A first adjust valve 18 and a second adjust valve 19 disposed in a bypass passage 15 are controlled to change a flow rate of bypass air bypassing an inter cooler 7 by a bypass passage 15 led to the cylinder 2 via the intake port 11, and a flow rate of the bypass air led to the cylinder 2 via the intake port 12 according to an operation state of the internal combustion engine 1.
