摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating method which can induction heat the flat surface of a work in uniform depth in annular shape. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating coil 10 is arranged by placing in proximity with the upper part of an annular portion W1 so that the center point C of the induction heating coil 10 may coincide with the center point C' of the annular portion W1. Then, while supplying power to the induction heating coil 10, the induction heating coil 10 and a work W are rotated relatively. Here, the work is rotated centered on the center point C' of the annular portion W1. Thereby, immediately after the work W starts rotating, firstly a heated portion H1 is formed as shown in the figure (b) in the portion facing a first induction heating 20 (for example in the portion corresponding to H1) out of the annular portion W1. Then, as the work W rotates, a heated portion H2 is formed overlapping the heated portion H1.
