A manufacturing method of the back support frame rotary motion operation connection piece comprises: a step of forming a cylinder round rod(10) and forming an insertion hole in which the spring steel is inserted into one side of the cylinder round rod; a step for forming a rectangular spring steel insertion hole of rectangle; a step of forming the rotary motion operation coupling core(30) by inserting and fixing the connection rod(20) of the steel materials in the side of the cylinder round rod; and a step for forming the assembly(40).
