A noise removal apparatus and method are provided to output clear voice signal by cancelling noise signal included in voice signal with the noise signal inputted to the other microphone. A noise removal apparatus comprises a first microphone(100), a second microphone(200), a noise removal unit(300), and a communication unit(400). The first microphone converts user voice signal and ambient noise signal included in the voice signal into electric signal and outputs the electric signal. The second microphone converts the ambient noise signal into electric signal and outputs the electric signal. The noise removal unit includes a reverse converter(310) inverting the output signal of the second microphone, and an adder(320) adding the output signal of the first microphone and the output signal of the reverse converter.
