PURPOSE: A card having an image displaying function is provided to suppress the damage caused by bending stress by having flexibility glass substrate which is strong against the bending-transform. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes a first glass plate(G1) which is exposed to a user and a second glass plate(G2) which is not exposed to the user. The first glass plate and the second glass plate include a plurality of display device domains and are bonded. The bonded glass plate is flatted to less than 0.60 mm thickness by the mechanical or chemical treatment. The flatting is performed using abrasive liquid containing the hydrofluoric acid.
