FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns mechanical furnaces of steam boilers with mobile advancing grates for solid fuel burning in immobile layer, and can be applied in boilers of heat power stations, co-generation plants, boiler plants, mainly for burning coal with high chipping and ash content and high caking degree. Grate-fired furnace of steam boiler includes continuous grate, loading tank with controls of layer depth at the tank bottom part, and bottom air feeding device. Grate is positioned under loading tank, and fuel layer spargers are mounted at bottom edge offloading tank at the grate side, each sparger made in the form of two-facet angle of 20-25 and mounted at 350-380 mm distance between sparger ridges. ^ EFFECT: reduced time of full fuel combustion, improved combustion homogeneity, enhanced degree of fuel combustion. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
