Belt consists of at least radiationally modified polymerous basis on the basis of polyolefines, adhesion layer and layer of primer. Primer contains poly- chloroprene raw rubber, filler, terpene- phenol-formaldehyde resin, ether, water, processing aids and liquid hydrocarbons at following correlation of components (wt %): poly-chloroprene raw rubber 8.015.0 terpene-phenol-formaldehyde resin 7.015.0, filler 0.72.0, liquid hydrocarbons 28.037.0, ether 36.047.0, processing aids 0.050.2, water is the rest. ^ EFFECT: providing of qualitative insulation at low temperatures of environment. ^ 6 cl |
