PURPOSE: A non-volatile memory device and a program verification method for independently performing each verification operation are provided to reduce time of the entire verification operation without performing verification operation. CONSTITUTION: A non-volatile memory device and a program verification method for independently performing each verification operation include a third register, a first data transmission unit(250), and a sensor node discharge unit(270). The first data transmission unit delivers data stored in the first node or the second node of the first register. The sensor node discharge unit grounds the sensor node according to data stored in the first node or the second node of the third register.
