PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly multi-layer composite waterproof sheet capable of enduring temperature variation and an impact well and not discharging pollutants, and a tunnel waterproofing method using the waterproof sheet are provided. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly multi-layer composite waterproof sheet comprises a waterproof sheet(10) for blocking water, non-woven fabric(20) which is provided between shotcrete(A) and the waterproof sheet to prevent debris from adhering to the waterproof sheet and perform buffer and drain functions, and a securing blade(30) for fixing the multi-layer composite waterproof sheet to the shotcrete surface.
