PURPOSE: A complex interference apparatus is provided to improve noise decrease effect and to prevent constructive interference by making a route of the noise long. CONSTITUTION: A complex interference apparatus comprises a frame assembly, a fixing angle(200) and a noise reduction member. The frame assembly is combined on the top of a soundproof wall(1). The frame assembly is composed of a first, second and third frames(110,120,130). The first, second and third frames are assembled with a connecting groove and a connecting projection. The fixing angle is combined with the second and third frames of the frame assembly and fixes the frame assembly to a soundproof wall. The noise reduction member is formed in the frame assembly and reduces the noise of the soundproof wall surrounding.
