An LED lamp is provided to extend lifetime of an LED by mounting the LED in a sealed space between a heat dissipation body and a light-transmitting case. A side part is formed in both sides of a light-transmitting case(1). A coupling protrusion is formed in an end part of the side part. A sealed space is formed between a heat dissipation body and the light-transmitting case. A circulation space is formed inside the heat dissipation body. A plurality of LEDs is mounted on a metal substrate. The metal substrate is mounted on a mounting surface of the heat dissipation body. A plurality of heat dissipation pieces is formed on the mounting surface. An aeration part(8) is coupled in both sides of the light-transmitting case. A terminal housing(10) is coupled in the aeration part. A power supply terminal(11) is formed in the terminal housing. A connection tube connects a side part of the light-transmitting case to the terminal housing. The metal substrate and the power supply terminal are connected by a wire.
