<p>Composition comprises at least one UV filter system, at least one dibenzoylmethane derivative and at least one pyrrolidinone derivative (I), in a medium. Composition comprises at least one UV filter system, at least one dibenzoylmethane derivative and at least one pyrrolidinone derivative of formula (I), in a medium. R 16-20C aryl radical (e.g. phenyl or naphthyl), optionally substituted by 1-20C alkyl chain or 1-20C alkyl radical; and n : 0 or 1. Provided that when: n is 1, then the radical R 1is not aryl radical; and n is 0, then R 1is not 1-2C alkyl. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for improving the chemical stability against UV radiation of at least one dibenzoylmethane derivative comprising combining an effective amount of at least one pyrrolidinone derivative (I) with the dibenzoylmethane derivative; and (2) use of at least one pyrrolidinone derivative (I), in a composition comprising at least one dibenzoylmethane derivative to improve efficiency of the composition against UV-A, in support, or in a cosmetic composition comprising at least one liquid fatty phase and at least one lipophilic active ingredient of low solubility, preferably an organic UV filter of low solubility, as solvent of the active ingredient in the liquid fatty phase, in a medium.
