PURPOSE: A frying pan manufacturing method is provided to form a pattern layer due to transcription or silk screen printing on the whole of an external side without damage to a ceramic coating layer. CONSTITUTION: The frying pan manufacturing method comprises following steps. An aluminum disk is rolled. Rolling oil is removed in rolling. The external side is sanded to have adhesive force of the pattern layer. A base coating layer is formed on the external side. The base coating layer is dried. A pattern layer is formed on the base coating layer by the transcription using a transcription paper or silk screen printing. The pattern layer is welded. The adhesive oil is poured on the pattern layer or PE film adheres to the pattern layer. The shape of the frying pan is formed. The internal side is sanded to obtain adhesive force in coating the internal side. A ceramic layer is formed on the sanding surface. The coated ceramic layer is welded. |
