PURPOSE: A slipper is provided to exercise along without anyone's help even in a small space by adhering an adhering rubber on a slipper. CONSTITUTION: A slipper which is able to exercise alone comprises plural adhering rubbers(20) at the part where the slipper contacts to the bottom during the exercise. The plural adhering rubbers are attached on the bottom by vacuum. When the slipper is adhered on the bottom, feet are fixed on the slipper and fixation power is obtained. The slipper further comprises a sandle or athletic shoes. |
