PURPOSE: An image processor, method and program is provided to perform exposure adjustment processing by simple calculation of addition and subtraction with the gain processing and offset processing. CONSTITUTION: The image processor includes image acquisition means, exposure adjustment means, and composite means. The image acquisition means acquires a plurality of images having different exposures. The exposure adjustment means expands the bit of the images and performs the exposure adjustment processing which adjusts the image exposure in the first image having the lowest exposure. The composite means generates the composite images by compositing multiple images processed with exposure adjustment processing.
