PURPOSE: A TRAIL derivative with soluble polymer and target factor is provided to improve drug dynamics, solution stability, and excellent solubility. CONSTITUTION: An RGD-PEG-TRAIL(Tumor Necrosis Factor-Related Apoptosis Inducing Ligand) complex binds with RGD-PEG or its derivative at N-terminal. The PEG is polyethylene glycol dialdehyde(ALD-PEG-ALD). A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer or inflammation contains the RGD-[PEG-TRAIL as an active ingredient.
