PURPOSE: A centrifugal flow machine is provided to prevent malfunction in advance and lengthen the operating life of a flow machine by accurately grasping the operating state of a bearing. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal flow machine(100) comprises first and second casings(141,142), a volute(130) and a bearing(180). The casings have an internal space. A rotary shaft(110) is formed in the internal space. A rotary wheel(120) is formed at the external diameter of the rotary shaft. The rotary wheel sends the fluid to the volute(130). The bearing is mounted on the rotary shaft and the rotary wheel is rotated. The bearing support part fixes the bearing. The sensor is mounted on the bearing support part and the operation of the bearing is monitored.
