PURPOSE: A method for drying a bamboo without formation of splits is provided to prevent the cracks on a bamboo by removing joints of the bamboo, thereby allowing air to flow freely into and out of inner skin and outer skin of the bamboo. CONSTITUTION: A method for drying a bamboo without formation of splits comprises: a first preparing step of cutting bamboo in constant length; a second removing step of removing the joints of the bamboo; and a third drying step of heating the joint-removed bamboo to dry the same. The method for drying the bamboo shortens a drying time to reduce drying costs.
