PURPOSE: An oil-containing powder for a polymer compound is provided to minimize measuring errors of process oil, to increase quality uniformity of rubber products, and to make a clean workplace without oil leak. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an oil-containing powder for a polymer compound comprises the steps of: (S1) injecting fumed silica 100.0 parts by weight which is a silicon oxide material with an average diameter of 1-200 nm, surface area of 5-800 m^2/g, and apparent density of 20-150 g/l; (S2) injecting at least one kind of process oil 20-1,000 parts by weight in an injector while consecutively stirring them, wherein at least one kind of process oil is selected from the group consisting of paraffin-based oil, naphthene-based oil, and aromatic oil; and (S3) stirring and discharging the reactant until the process oil is completely impregnated inside fumed silica.
