AN APPARATUS OF A WARNING USING ROADWAY

PURPOSE: A visually-handicapped person difference is provided to prevent a visually-handicapped person from being entered into a road by using a roadway boundary recognition tag. CONSTITUTION: In a visually-handicapped person difference, a direction guide tag is adhered to a bollard body by four directions. A direction guide tag has a direction and direction information of a main building, and an installation groove and a connection line groove are formed on an RFID Bollard(10). A reader is mounted at lower end of a body of for a disabled stick(50), and a controller is included in the disabled stick and analyzes a content recognized by a reader, and then transmits it to an ear phone. The roadway boundary recognition tag(60) is buried by a boundary stone which is installed between the road and the sidewalk.
