<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated tablet that has a reduced unpleasant odor of physiologically active component containing sulfur in a molecule and suppresses discoloring of preparation with time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coated tablet is obtained by coating the surface of uncoated tablet containing a physiologically active component containing sulfur in the molecule, with a film coating layer which has at least two layers of (a) a coating layer containing a polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate but not a water-soluble plasticizer and (b) a coating layer containing a polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate, a colorant and a water-soluble plasticizer.
