In the section of a multilayer tape (2A), a first surface layer (21) is not uniform in thickness along the width direction of the multilayer tape (2A). The first surface layer (21) is provided, at its two ends, with thin portions (211 and 212) made thinner, and a thick portion (213) made thicker between the thin portions (211 and 212). These thin portions (211 and 212) and the thick portion (213) form a convex portion. Here, the thin portions (211 and 212) become easily breakable or peelable portions, and the thick portion (213) becomes a hardly breakable or peelable portion. Moreover, an intermediate layer (23) adjoining the first surface layer (21) is recessed to bite that bulging portion.
