PURPOSE: A heat pump type air conditioning device is provided to generate hot and warm water at the same time regardless of season. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump type air conditioning device a tank(70), a hot water heat exchanger(10), a hot water supply tube(40), a warm water supply tube(60), a pump(63), and a controller(C). The tank is divided with a partition with a through hole into an upper part and a lower part and has a hot water storage and a warm water storage. The hot water heat exchanger is connected between an outlet and a check valve of a compressor and refrigerant of high pressure and high temperature passes through the hot water heat exchanger. The hot water supply tube is comprised of a first hot water supply tube(41) and a second hot water supply tube(42). The warm water supply tube is comprised of a first warm water supply tube(61) and a second warm water supply tube(62). The pump is installed in the first hot water supply tube and warm water supply tube. The controller controls on or off state of the pump and the flow amount according to the refrigerant pressure.
