PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of an exercise panel and an exercise apparatus having the fitting structure, in which the exercise panel can be stably maintained in a state fitted to a wall surface during use even though the exercise panel can be easily fitted to and removed from the wall surface.SOLUTION: A fitting structure 1 of an exercise panel 3 to a wall surface 6 comprises a panel body 31 and a plurality of holds 32 which are arranged on a front surface side of the panel body 31 and can serve as a handhold or foothold. The fitting structure of the exercise panel also comprises a groove part 21 opening at the lower side, and an upper rail 2 fixed to the wall surface 6. The upper end side of the panel body 31 is fed into the groove part 21, and thereby the exercise panel 3 is fitted to the wall surface 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
