PURPOSE: An adhesive film is provided to ensure enough initial adhesion, to prevent change of adhesion by time pass or thermal process, and to suppress the remaining adhesion layer after separating the adhesive film from objects. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive film comprises an adhesive layer and a base layer. The adhesive layer is formed by a resin composition including a component (A) 70~99 parts by weight and a component (B) 30~1 parts by weight. The component (A) is at least one selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-ethylene-based unsaturated ester copolymer satisfying the conditions (a-1) and (a-2) and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer satisfying the conditions (a-1), (a-2) and (a-3). (a-1) The tan δ at 23 °C is 0.1 or greater. (a-2) The melt flow rate is 1 ~ 50g/10 minute. (a-3) The heptane extraction amount is 1.0 wt% or less. The component (B) is an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer satisfying the conditions (b-1), (b-2) and (b-3). (b-1) The melt flow rate is 3 g or more/10 minute. (b-2) The heptane extraction amount is 1.5-7.0 wt%. (b-3) The density is 910 kg/m^3 or less.
