PURPOSE: A cutting blade is provided to prevent a cutting edge from falling down as the extension degrees of a base and the cutting edge become same. CONSTITUTION: A cutting blade(28A) comprises a circular base(46,46') and a cutting edge(50). A circular hub(48,48') is formed in the circular base. The cutting edge is formed at the side outer peripheral part of an opposite side on the circular hub of the circular base. The cutting blade is mounted on the tip end of the spindle of the cutting device. The circular or the annular counter bore part(64) is formed in the circular hub. The outer circumference of the counter bore is formed on an annular balance part(66).
