A mold actuator of an elastic body manufacturing apparatus is provided to make a desired shape of elastic body easily by stably progressing power transmission system for driving a mold. An elastic body manufacturing apparatus includes a material feeding unit, a sun gear, a pinion gear, a mold, and a mold actuator. The mold actuator comprises a cam combined in the front of the pinion gear via a cam shaft, a sliding member(520) which is combined between the pinion gear and the cam and drives the mold by the rotation of the cam, and a pressure block(540) which is combined on one side of the sliding member and pressurized as the cam rotates.
