PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air folding type chair that is used outdoor or indoor, is portable routinely, facilitates operation, and is lightweight with a small size.SOLUTION: An air supply/discharge folding type portable chair is configured as follows: mountain-shaped middle pleats 5A are arranged in the central part circumference of each body lateral bellows-like pleat provided with cap-type air supply/discharge means 7 in a body bottom; each pleat width of a difference between an outer diameter and an inner diameter is enlarged; also, a pitch of each step of body bellows 5 is enlarged and the number of steps is reduced; also, a seat surface height in the expansion is made high; also, a thickness in the folding is made small; also, crossing two elastic cross stays 11A or a rear inclination stay 13B are arranged between the upper part and the lower part at the sides of an upper seat surface 3A and a lower bottom plate 4A; and falling suppression means 11 of the longitudinal direction in the seating is devised and it is formed to enable simultaneous folding storage.
