PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow execution of the best driving action under the situation of unavoidable contact.SOLUTION: An apparatus includes a control device 10 for executing: an information obtainment function for obtaining obstacle information including a position of an obstacle existing surrounding of a vehicle itself (V1) and vehicle-itself information including a position of the vehicle itself; and a control function for referring to danger prediction information 310 in which a predicted contact situation where the vehicle itself contacting the obstacle, corresponding-information between obstacle information in a contact situation and vehicle-itself information, and a degree of damage to be generated in the contact situation are correlated, and outputting control information for causing the vehicle itself to execute a driving action with a lowest degree of damage generated in the contact situation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
