A quilt capable of preventing stomach trouble is provided, which prevents the quilt from coming off by preparing the shoulder fixing unit perpendicular to the back fixing unit. A quilt capable of preventing stomach trouble comprises: a shoulder fixing unit(410) which is prepared in order to be protruded to the top of the quilt(100); a back fixing unit(420) which is prepared to be adjacent to the shoulder fixing unit; lower body fixing pants which are prepared in the lower part(220) of the quilt; and a character part(250) formed in the upper side(210) of the quilt. |
